A shared calendar for photo studios, recording booths or any shared space for creatives. Members book time, you set the hours, nobody double-books.

Drag, drop, done.

Hold and drag across the day to mark a new session. The grid won't let you double-book. Every member gets their own color, so you can see who's in at a glance.

  • Drag-to-book

Hold and drag a column. The selection shows duration live.

  • Member colors

Eight muted tones, assigned deterministically by user ID.

  • Glowing now-line

A live line marks the current time across every column.

More than a calendar.

Multi-room spaces, shared gear, imports, feeds, and an AI that books for you. Everything a working studio actually runs on.

Every room, one calendar

Cyc wall, podcast booth, multiple studios: each resource gets its own lane, side by side. Two rooms, same Saturday, zero conflicts.

Your AI can book for you

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP agent. It sees the schedule and books within your hours and limits.

Equipment checkout

Members reserve lights, stands, and gear with their booking. A checked-out unit can't be double-held anywhere in the space.

Owner insights

A utilization heatmap, weekly trends, and who's booking, so you can plan hours, staffing, and capacity.

Bring your bookings with you

Import from iCal or CSV: Google Calendar, Acuity, Peerspace exports. Map names to members, review, done.

Lives in your calendar too

A private feed puts the studio schedule in Google, Apple, or Outlook, always up to date, alongside everything else.

Things people ask.

Who is Studio Calendar for?
Shared photo studios first: a rental studio with members, a photographers' co-op, a video or podcast room. It also fits music rehearsal spaces, dance studios, ceramics and maker spaces, and any co-op workshop. If people share a physical space and you're tired of coordinating it over group chat or a spreadsheet, it fits.
Is there really no password?
Right. Click the link we email and you're in. The link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes. If you got invited to a space, your invite link IS the sign-in. One click and you're a member.
How many studios can I run?
One space on the Free plan; up to three on Studio ($6.99/mo), with ten members in each. Multi-room studios usually want Studio for the multiple-resources support.
What if a member needs more hours one month?
They request an overage from inside the booking flow. You approve or deny inline on the Members page. Approved overage is scoped to the current month and auto-expires at rollover, so nobody's base limit is permanently inflated.
Can I run this on mobile?
Yes. Desktop has the week grid; mobile gets a vertical day view with the same drag-to-book and now-line. The booking forms are the same on both.
What does it cost?
Free for one studio, forever: one space, three members, the full calendar. The Studio plan is $6.99/mo and unlocks three spaces, ten members per space, multiple resources, equipment checkout, owner insights, AI agent access, and calendar import.

Your first space takes about 90 seconds.
